1) How to place order?
Please be advised that all products are pre-order items; which are not ready stock, delivery might take 3 to 4 weeks after our closing date.
Please send us an email to ivennymarketing@gmail.com by quoting us the product code, preferred colour, size and your membership number IMXXXXX; whichever is relevant, we will reply you within 24 hours. We are appreciated if you could furnish us your contact details like delivery address and contact number. We will send you a Quotation by giving a Quotation Number. After confirmation by making a successful payment, we will send you an Invoice for your kindest reference. For example:-

2)How to make payment?
i) Direct Cash Payment
Payment can be made via direct cash payment to our Maybank account.
Complete a bank deposit slip with the information below. Please write your NAME and INVOICE NUMBER on the deposit slip and fax to +603-7874 7373 or email a copy to us at ivennymarketing@gmail.com as proof of payment.

ii) Credit Cards / Online Transfer
We will send you an email notification for making appropriate payment. If you confirm to pay us, please click on "Pay Now"; which will be shown in your email, you will be directed to iPay88 payment gateway page to select your desired types of payment method.
Please note that the payment is processed by Mobile88.com Sdn. Bhd. (iPay88). The Name of Mobile88.com OR Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd will be shown on your Credit Card / Bank Statement and you will also receive a notification email from iPay88 on the transaction.

3) Order Processing
We will try our best to process your order by checking the availability of stocks from our suppliers.

4) Shipping Charges
i) West Malaysia: RM5 (1st 500g and below),RM1.5 (additional 250g)
ii) East Malaysia: RM8 (1st 500g and below), RM3 (additional 250g)
iii) Singapore: RM49 (1st 500g and below), RM6 (additional 500g)
iv) Indonesia: RM55 (1st 500g and below), RM7.5 (additional 500g)

5) Shipping Tracking
When the parcel is shipped out, we will notify you with a consignment number for tracking purposes. You can go to www.pos.com.my to track your shipment. On the other hand, we might use other courier service to dispatch your items by notifying you via email. If you have not received your order in 4 business days, please contact us immediately.
6) Goods Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensure the goods are in good condition prior to dispatch. We sincerely apologise that goods sold are not returnable and exchangeable at the moment. Sincerely sorry for any inconvenience caused.
7) Refund Policy
Please take note that we will charge 10% of your sales amount as service charge for refund. We will only refund 100% if the item is out of stock.

8) Quality Policy
The colour might be a little bit different from the pictures because of lighting in photo shooting. We do not guarantee that the apparels shown in the website will have resemblance to the actual apparel. We only provide relevant information; which is given by our supplier, like size, material, dimension and colour.

Membership is Free 1) How to join as our member?
From your first invoice date, you are as our member.
2) What is the benefit to become our member?
Members are entitled for RM10 discount voucher when the points reached to 300 points. However, the points are excluded for delivery charges.
3) Does the points have expiry date?
The points does not have any expiry date. Once your points reached to 300 points, you will be given RM10 discount for your next invoice.
4) How does it work?
We will give you a membership number when sending your first invoice. You need to provide us your membership number for every order; which is easy for us to trace back your previous record and update to our system, it is to avoid any dispute. If you failed to give us your membership number during your order, you must immediately inform us after received your invoice. RM1 is equal to 1 point and 300 points is equal to RM10 discount.
5) What should you do if you failed to give us your membership number?
You must quickly write in to us to provide your membership number after received invoice from us. If you failed to give us, your points would not be accumulated. There would be no amendment after delivery.
6) What should you do if you have forgotten you membership number?
You have to write in to us immediately and provide us your last invoice number; which can trace back your previous record in our system, we will retrieve your membership number from our system.
