1) How to win?

When online shoppers buy online via iPay88 successfully, iPay88 will generate Transaction ID (i.e. T0028993100). They can get the transaction ID from payment acknowledge email sent by sales@ipay88.com.my or from the iPay88 merchants’ website after completed the online transaction successfully.
Just total up the 10-Digits transaction ID and will generate a “SCORE” for the online shopper. The SCORE is calculated as follow:

Example: SCORE for Transaction ID T0028993100 = 0+0+2+8+9+9+3+1+0+0 = 32

The highest SCORE will win the grand prize, 2nd highest SCORE will win the 1st prize and so forth.

2) How to participate?

• Online shopper to buy online at least RM33 from iPay88 participating merchants via iPay88 Internet Payment Services.
• Online shopper to get iPay88 transaction ID.
• Online shopper to register his/her entry at www.onlinemegasales.com or www.onlinemegasales.com.my

3) What are the prizes?

The confirmed prizes are as follow:

• Mashimaro Phone x 6 (worth RM799 per unit)
• PC Games Hamper x 4 (total worth RM500)
• Fashion Handbag x 3 (total worth RM100)

Additional contest prizes are subjected to the sponsorship received by iPay88.com

4) What are the terms and conditions?

• The iPay88 “Buy, Score & Win Contest” (“Contest”) commences from 1 July 2009 to 31 August 2009(“Contest Period”), both dates inclusive or any other date to be solely determined by iPay88 Sdn. Bhd. or Mobile88.Com Sdn. Bhd. (“The Organizer”) from time to time.
• To be eligible to participate, a score (“Score”) will be required from a success online transaction processed via Mobile88.Com Sdn. Bhd. (or iPay88) with a valid iPay88 Transaction ID. Calculation of the Score is derived from the total sum of the 10-digit Transaction ID.
• Contestant is required to buy online with a minimum value of RM33 at any iPay88 participating merchants during the contest period.
• Eligible contestants are required to submit and register their particulars such as name, contact number, MyKad number or identity card number and Transaction ID (“Entry”) within 24 hours from the point when the transactions was made to contest for the Prize.
• Entry (ies) must be registered via http://onlinemegasales.com/megasales/contest.asp otherwise it will be disqualified. Upon registration, there will be an acknowledgement email sent from contest@ipay88.com.my to confirm only the receipt of the entry and not winning of the Prize. Proof of email sent by Contestant does not denote proof that the email was received by the Organizer. Eligible Contestants are responsible to ensure that the details of their registration are complete and accurate. Should there be any errors in the registered Entry(ies), the Organizer will not be liable to send any notification.
• iPay88 / Mobile88.com employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
• Prize Winner Selection
  The Prizes will be awarded to the Entry based on the highest Score & lowest Score (weekly). If the given prizes are 40 items, the top 30 highest Score entries and the lowest Score entries will win the prizes.
• The Prizes
  The prizes will be awarded to the 30 Top Score winners as follow:
  1. Branded Handbag (worth RM3,500) x1
  2. Audra Herbal Skin & Hair Care Product (worth RM3000) x1
  3. 3 days 2 night Bangkok Free & Easy (worth RM500) x1
  4. Mashimaro Phone (worth RM799) x 6

  6. Hamper (worth RM200) x 18
• The weekly prizes (10 weeks) will be awarded to the Lowest Score winners as follow:
  • Hamper (worth RM200) x 10
• In the Event of a Tie
  In the event where there is more than one (1) winning Entry registered with the same Score, the highest transaction amount made on the Card shall determine the Prize winner.
• Prize Winner Notification
  Organizer will notify all Prize winners via phone call. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Organizer reserves the right to use any other method or medium Organizer deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Prize winners.
• Prize Delivery Arrangement
  Organizer will contact the Prize winner directly to make arrangements for the delivery of the Prize. Should the Prize winner fail to take delivery after agreeing to the delivery arrangement with the Organizer or the prize sponsor, subsequent delivery arrangements will be subjected to a charge by Organizer or the prize sponsor, which will vary according to the delivery location. These charges is required to be paid via iPay88 before the delivery.
  Organizer shall not be responsible for the installation and unpacking charges and any other charges other than the first attempted delivery of the Prize that includes door-to-door delivery only. In the event the Prize winner is unable to take delivery of the Prize within 60 working days from the date of Organizer’s notification letter for any reason whatsoever, the Prize shall be forfeited by Organizer. Organizer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, expenses, costs or any other liability whatsoever due to or arising out of any act or omissions of the Supplier / Sponsor howsoever caused or suffered including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing any liability to any defect or deficiency in the Prize.
• Disqualification
  Organizer reserves the absolute right to disqualify any of the registered Entry(ies) without having to notify or alert the Contestant based on the following :-
  1. All Entries received before and after the stipulated Program Period.
  2. Inaccurate or incomplete Entry(ies) details.
  3. Entry(ies) with transaction(s) value of less than RM33.
  4. The online transaction is not processed by Mobile88.Com Sdn. Bhd. (iPay88)
  5. Transaction is either cancelled or voided.
  6. Transaction is disputed.
• Publicity
  Organizer reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Prize winners without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Prize winners for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.
• Liability
  Organizer shall not be responsible or liable for any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in a result of any infrastructure. In the event of such error, interruption and/or failure, Organizer shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Contestant to participate in the Program at any time.
• The selection of all Prize winners by Organizer is final and no correspondence disputing Organizer’s decision will be entertained.
• Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of similar value at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons thereof
• All Prizes won are non-transferable or exchangeable for any other prize offered or exchangeable in part or full in this Program. Any request for cash or cheque reimbursement in exchange of the Prize will not be entertained.
• Judging
  If the date and time of the Entry registration or Card transaction differs from that of Organizer’s system date and time, and a dispute arises as to when the registration of the Entry or Card transaction has taken place, Organizer’s system date and time shall prevail. Judges decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
• Adherence to the Program Terms & Conditions
  All Contestant shall be required to adhere to the Program Terms and Conditions. Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the prize(s) in the event of any of the Terms and Conditions are not adhered to.
• All Terms and Conditions stipulated herein are governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of Malaysia. The Organizer has read and understood all the terms and conditions specified herein and Organizer reserves the right to change, amend and/or modified any or terms and conditions stipulated herein from time to time or terminate this Program without prior notice.
